Rectification is the general term for three operating modes: rectification, inversion, and frequency conversion, among which rectification is the most widely used. Most industrial rectified DC power supplies are generated by rectifier equipment consisting of rectifier transformers and rectifiers connected to the AC power grid. The most common application of rectifier transformers is in the electrochemical industry, where electrolysis of colored metal compounds is used to produce aluminum, magnesium, copper, and other metals; electrolysis of salt is used to produce chlor-alkali; and electrolysis of water is used to produce hydrogen and oxygen. With issues such as the depletion of fossil energy, the deteriorating ecological environment, and frequent extreme weather events, there has been explosive growth in the hydrogen energy industry. Hydrogen energy, as a rich and green low-carbon secondary energy source, is gradually becoming one of the important carriers of the global energy transition. With the requirements of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the combination of hydrogen production rectification equipment and electrolysis water technology with renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics, wind power, or hydropower can produce high-purity hydrogen and oxygen, which will have wider applications in the global economy.

Product Performance Features:

1. Safety and reliability: The transformer is impregnated with non-toxic, flame-retardant epoxy resin, with high mechanical strength, difficult to ignite, fire-resistant, and pollution-free.

2. Convenient installation: Dry-type rectifier transformers are delivered as complete units and can be put into operation immediately upon installation, convenient and efficient.

3. High overload capacity: The insulation heat resistance level of the transformer is Class H, with a heat resistance temperature of up to 180°C. Maximum overload capacity reaches 200%.

4. Low noise: Noise is reduced by 3~5 decibels compared to national standards.

5. Investment saving: Dry-type rectifier transformers can be installed with other electrical equipment such as rectifiers, eliminating the need for separately designed distribution rooms, saving space, and reducing initial investment.
