Designed to provide MW-level integrated power supply and distribution solutions for medium to large data centers, the IDC Smart Integrated Power Module is engineered to meet project-specific design requirements. It integrates equipment such as 10kV distribution systems, transformers, feeder and bus cabinets, compensation cabinets, UPS systems, output cabinets, and maintenance bypass cabinets. The system boasts high intelligence, efficiency, reliability, power density, power capacity, and ease of maintenance.

Flexible Product Structure: Modular Design for On-Demand Configuration

  • Transformer: Employs Zhongdian Electric’s Level 1 energy-efficient amorphous alloy transformer, featuring a proprietary half-enclosed three-phase three-post patented technology that effectively reduces no-load losses by 60%–80 %.

  • Feeder Cabinet: Manages the overall power on/off control from the transformer’s low-voltage side to the low-voltage distribution cabinet.

  • Bus Cabinet: Connects two main bus systems and controls their power connection.

  • SVG/APF: Provides reactive power and harmonic compensation to enhance system stability and efficiency while improving the power factor.

  • UPS: Supports modular or tower-type UPS configurations.

  • Maintenance Bypass Cabinet: Offers an alternative load path during routine UPS maintenance or UPS failure.

  • Feeder Cabinet (Load Distribution): Distributes electrical power to loads and monitors the load conditions on each branch.
