On April 22, a partnership signing ceremony between Schneider Electric and CEEG was held at the Yanzhong Linjiang Industrial Park in Yangzhong. In CEEG's presentation segment, Chairman Dr. Lu Han offered a comprehensive introduction to CEEG's development strategy and global footprint. The two parties will center their collaboration on co-building an intelligent manufacturing demonstration line for transformers, incorporating digital technologies and lean management systems to set an industry benchmark. Sun, General Manager of the Dry-Type Transformer Division, then focused on smart manufacturing upgrades, outlining a clear implementation roadmap for the intelligent transformation of the Yangzhong factory, laying a solid foundation for the core deliverable of the partnership. Zhu, General Manager of the Complete Equipment Division, shared CEEG's E-house business layout and achievements in the oil and gas market, fully demonstrating the high degree of business synergy and complementary strengths between both parties, further reinforcing confidence in a mutually beneficial partnership.

In the presence of all attending leaders, Schneider Electric's GM Wu and CEEG's Chairman Dr. Lu signed the partnership agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
